Discount codes are not cumulative and do not apply to the selection of discounted or promotional items.

APREELS reserves the right to modify its prices at any time while guaranteeing the application of the price in force at the time of order confirmation. There is no obligation to compensate the customer after the time of purchase.

Prices in euros (€) include VAT for sales within the European Union.

Prices are displayed in the customer's local currency. If prices on apreels.shop are shown in a different currency than the user's country, they can change the country of choice at the bottom left of the website. Prices will be updated automatically.

All discount percentages communicated in our promotions refer to euro prices. Discount percentages may vary when applying necessary currency changes.

Sales to countries outside the European Union do not include VAT but are subject to possible taxes and duties. It's not usual but it could be.

All taxes, duties, and customs duties are the responsibility of the customer according to current legal provisions. The amount of these taxes varies depending on the country and the total amount of the invoice in euros. These taxes are the responsibility of the customer upon receiving the order.

4. SHIPMENTS AND DELIVERIES

Depending on the delivery country, users are offered different shipping methods and delivery times, each with a different shipping cost.

4.2 PREPARATION TIMES

We need between 1-5 business days for the manufacturing process but sometimes it could take up to 8 days. However, for items designated as 'pre-order' jewels on the product page, the estimated crafting time extends to 10 business days. Once your order is meticulously crafted, the delivery times will vary based on the destination country. Upon completing your payment, you will receive a confirmation email and, once the order is dispatched, another email containing the tracking number for your convenience.

If you need to change or modify anything in your order, please, contact us in the following hours or so we cannot guarantee order modification if requested in.

4.3 SHIPPING AND ORDER TRACKIN

Once we ship the order, the customer will receive a confirmation email with a link to track the order.

If the customer is not at the shipping address at the time of delivery, the transport company will contact them to reschedule a second delivery attempt.

During sale and promotion periods (such as Black Friday, Christmas...), courier companies may experience a slight delay in delivery. APREELS is not responsible for these delays.

4.4 CUSTOMS FEES

It's not usual but sometimes, shipments to countries outside the EU may incur additional fees and taxes, which will be the customer's responsibility.

APREELS is committed to managing and preparing the necessary documentation for the corresponding customs procedures.

5. EXCHANGES AND RETURNS APREELS

You may exercise your right of RETURN or EXCHANGE without any reason within a period of 14 days from the delivery of the product.

​The customer will receive instructions to follow by email.

Return and exchange conditions depend on the country of origin. In either case, return shipping costs will be covered by the buyer, and until we have received the returned package, neither a refund nor an exchange will be processed. Please ensure to send the item back using a courier service that provides a tracking number to ensure its arrival.

Attention, no exchanges or returns will be accepted for custom pieces (stones or sizes different from the options available on the website or designs expressly requested by the customer).

 

For exchanges: the new item has a lower price, you will receive a voucher with the price difference; under no circumstances will a monetary refund be provided. If the new item is of a higher price, you will be sent a link to proceed with the payment.

Packaging conditions: It is essential for the products returned by the customer to reach our warehouse in perfect condition; within their original packaging, with the label, and without clear signs of use; otherwise, the request will be rejected.

It is the customer's responsibility to provide suitable packaging for the items to reach APREELS in perfect condition. If the items are received in poor condition, we cannot process the return.

 

We do not process exchanges or returns for Earrings Category due to hygiene reasons. Please ensure careful consideration before making your purchase in this category.

Returns will not be accepted in the following cases:

- The product shows signs of use.

- The package or product is not returned in the received condition.

6. WARRANTY

All our products have a warranty of 2 years from the day of order delivery.

The warranty is valid against defects in materials and/or workmanship.

The warranty excludes coverage for wear and tear and/or physical or accidental abuse.

We offer complimentary gold plating within the two years following the receipt of your order. 

To benefit from the warranty, the customer must contact us through our Returns Center, and our Customer Service will respond to their request.
